2004 Halo X Friday Kids COI 12.3%: Halo's last litter of seven all have very
social personalities, not as high drive or athletic as Halo's other two litters, but have very nice  temperaments.  2 OFA pre-limed Good, 1 Fair.
The genetic risk for epilepsy was assessed as significant for this particular cross.
From this litter, due to genetic risk factors, ALL but one have not been bred or spayed/neutered.
 

  "Sammy" Talisman's Meant To Be, AX, AXJ, NAC, NJC, NGC who lives with Renee Rainer & family received his AKC OA & OAJ and AX & AXJ very young and with typical Aussie exuberance! Such a sweet face! He also placed First!! his first weekend in Excellent Standard at the winter '05 Springfield show. 6/06: Sammy finished his AXJ with a beautifully smooth run that i got to see!

2003 Halo x Dasher (Tzili x Kole) Kids: COI 13.0% Halo's second litter of seven produced some very
talented pups who tended to be late maturing-biddable and very smart, but not always able to handle the pressure of environment or distractions while maturing. While high drive and pushy, most pups from this litter are fairly "soft" and
easily shut down if mis-read or drilled in training. More typical Aussies, some from this litter needed systematic
socialization and experienced, confident owners, and while some are more reserved with strangers, others are social fools. Pack & Prey drive is high, athleticism very high, territorial/protective behavior medium-high,couple of pups showing sound sensitivity. 50% of litter that was OFA'd is Good or Excellent. Eyes were Cerf'd Normal on 4 of the 7, after initial puppy checks. Litter genetic risks-lower to moderate. All of the dogs from this litter are now spayed/neutered.

Talisman's I'm No Angel T'Ewe, TN-N, NA,NAJ,NAC,NJC,NGC   A Halo x Dasher daughter, Lexi lives with Mary Jo and Blaine Hoekstra and has just begun competing in agility.  She looks so much like her mother it's eerie. Like most of Halo's kids she can be sensitive and is a bit protective of Mary Jo, but man does she have zoom & drive! Update 6/06: Lexi & MaryJo earned their AKC Novice titles with 3+ first places and many compliments from people watching-they are a happy, fast & furious, awesome team to watch!! She even beat Crash a few times!!

Druid is also a Halo x Dasher puppy pictured here at one of his first trials.  He lives with Patrick and Carole Daggett, and has become an agility star as Pat's new competition companion!  He has so many titles...can't keep up....has several NADAC Superior titles, a few Q's from his NATCH competing in Elite and is ranked in ASCA!!!  Pat also understood letting him grow up, and is pleased that Druid now has a brain :-) Druid completed several ASCA Elite titles at the 2007 Nationals! he also is doing quite well with Carole in Rally.

RIO lives with Nadine Kern who has accomplished a lot with her, in a short time.  She was ranked as #1 Aussie in her height class in NOVICE, OPEN & EXCELLENT FOR USASA/AKC agility stats for 2005!!!!!! and 2006!!! After having to rework some motivation and teamwork issues, Nadine and Rio have earned her MX and their MXJ!!!!!! already raking in the double Q's towards their MACH and ATCH...way to go Nadine! HIT Novice at the 2007 Asca Nationals!

Wish has successfully recovered from TPLO surgery done summer '04 to repair a partially torn ACL. She was broadsided by a visiting dog, during a growth period and after alternatives were explored, surgery seemed the best option for a return to full athletic ability.   She is enjoying being her bad self again-air back flips and everything, and enjoying her new life.

This was Halo's first litter. They were early to mature, very friendly, very focused and a bit busy in energy level. Very athletic, springs on their feet :-)
Territorial/protective behavior: Low to medium
Social Response/Pack & herding instinct: High! 50% of litter that was OFA'd Good, eyes Cerf'd cleared at age 5.  Litter genetic risks-moderate.
